Refund Policy
This explains when we refund and when we don't. It covers everything you buy on orchacollective.io: sync licenses, downloads, stem and instrumental packs, and subscriptions. Orcha Collective is run by Orcha Systems LLC ("Orcha," "we," "us").

The Short Version
Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so sales are final once we deliver, except where the law says otherwise or where we decide otherwise. If something went wrong on our end — you were charged twice, or you never got what you paid for — email us and we will make it right.
1. Digital Goods Are Final
Downloads, stem packs, instrumentals, and sync licenses are delivered digitally and take effect the moment your payment clears. Because you receive the file or the license right away, all sales of digital goods are final, except where prohibited by law, unless Orcha decides otherwise in a specific case.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. A refund, where we grant one, is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
2. When We Will Refund
We will refund, at our discretion, when the problem is on our side:
- Duplicate or wrong charge. You were billed twice for the same item, or charged an amount you did not authorize.
- Failed delivery. Your payment cleared but the download or license never became available, and we cannot fix the delivery.
- Lost access we caused. If access to something you bought is permanently discontinued within 30 days of purchase due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a refund, decided case by case.
To ask for a refund, email licensing@orchacollective.io with your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
3. When We Will Not Refund
- Change of mind after a file has been downloaded or a license has been issued.
- You bought the wrong item, term, or territory. A sync license covers exactly the use, media, term, and territory you selected at checkout; picking the wrong one is not a delivery failure. Contact us and we will help you buy the right one.
- Partial use. You used part of a bundle, subscription period, or license and want the rest refunded.
4. Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the period you are already in.
- Already-paid periods are non-refundable, except for a billing error under Section 2 or where the law requires otherwise.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal charge and cadence are the ones shown when you subscribed. Full subscription terms are in the Subscription Terms.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact us first — a chargeback is slower for both of us and we can usually fix the issue faster directly. If a payment is reversed by a chargeback or is otherwise invalidated after we have paid out a collective artist's share on it, the reversed amount may be recovered from that artist's future payouts, as set out in the Collective Artist Agreement.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing here removes a refund or cancellation right the law gives you where you live. Some jurisdictions (for example, the EU and UK) grant a limited cancellation window on digital purchases, though that right can end once a download begins. Where such a right applies, it controls over this policy.
