AI Disclosure and Rights Attestation

You sign this for each track you upload. It is short on purpose. Every box has to be true. Buyers rely on it, and it is the warranty that lets us clear your track in one signature.

By signing below, you attest, for this track, that each of the following is true.

1. Ownership

  • [ ] I own or control 100% of the master recording and the underlying composition for this track, or I have disclosed every other owner (name, contact, and split percentage) in the upload form, and each disclosed owner has agreed to this listing.

2. Splits

  • [ ] The ownership splits I entered add up to 100% on the master side and 100% on the publishing side. Every person or company with a share is listed.

3. Samples and Clearances

  • [ ] This track contains no uncleared samples, interpolations, loops, or third-party recordings. Anything sampled is fully cleared, and I can show the clearance on request.
